Which of these sounds like you?
Pick the closest match. We can refine the scope together on a call.
- Agentic AI
Build agentic AI workflows
Turn approved documents and firm knowledge into useful answers, drafts and coordinated tasks. I connect existing tools, define permitted actions and build in human review. Legal intelligence and workflow integrations are scoped together around the work your team needs to do.
What you get- Workflow design and working functionality
- Agreed integrations and review controls
- A documented handover
- Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity and penetration testing
Understand weaknesses in your web, API or AI application through an authorized assessment. I agree the scope with you, validate findings and prioritize remediation guidance. Fixes and retesting are agreed explicitly; an assessment does not guarantee that an application has no vulnerabilities.
What you get- Scoped assessment with reproducible evidence
- Prioritized findings and remediation guidance
- Agreed retesting
- Engineering
Engineer and scale your product
Build new software or improve the product your team already runs. I work across features, APIs, data models, permissions, integrations and reliability, alongside your team or on a defined workstream. We agree the change set, acceptance criteria and handover before implementation.
What you get- A defined change set
- Working code and integrations
- Verification evidence and notes

Four capability areas behind the work
The AI workflow route combines legal knowledge systems with workflows and integrations. Application security and product engineering are also independently hireable.
Legal AI & Knowledge Systems
- In plain words
- Make approved firm knowledge and matter records useful for research, document preparation and day-to-day decisions.
- Scope and typical outputs
- Source-linked answers, matter summaries, structured information and editable drafts. Scope includes source permissions, evaluation examples and handover notes. Attorneys retain legal judgment; retrieval is not a guarantee of correctness.
- Typical first step
- Choose a knowledge task, approved sources and examples your team can review.
Workflows & Integrations
- In plain words
- Connect email, documents and existing systems so work moves between tools with clear owners and approvals.
- Scope and typical outputs
- A mapped workflow, agreed connectors, scoped tool access, review gates and action logs. An agent gathers permitted context, prepares a proposal, requests human review and performs only the authorized action. Writeback depends on API access and agreed permissions.
- Typical first step
- Map one repeated process, its system owner and which actions require approval.
Cybersecurity for Applications
- In plain words
- I assess agreed web, API and AI-application surfaces for weaknesses and explain what to address first.
- Scope and typical outputs
- An authorized assessment, reproducible findings, prioritized remediation guidance and a review of limits. Remediation implementation and retesting are included only when agreed. No certification or guarantee of vulnerability-free software.
- Typical first step
- Agree the scope and written authorization for testing.
Product & Platform Engineering
- In plain words
- I build new software for legal-tech founders, or improve the platform your team already uses.
- Scope and typical outputs
- Agreed implementation plan, working code, verification against acceptance criteria and handover documentation. Scope can cover APIs, data models, permissions, integrations and reliability. Ownership, dependencies and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately.
- Typical first step
- Share what you are building and where it is stuck.
03 / Legal workflows
Six legal workflows, from first contact to filing
AI prepares the work. A named person approves every step that matters.

Client intake & qualification
Inquiries become a qualification summary and a follow-up draft.

Client communications intelligence
Calls, texts, email and portal messages matched to the right matter.

Records, processing & chronology
Missing records chased; what arrives becomes a sourced timeline.

Work I have delivered
Most client work is under NDA, so some projects are described without names.
Human-governed AI intake
- In plain words
- Calls, emails and documents become a clear summary and a follow-up draft. An attorney approves before anything is sent.
- Scope and typical outputs
- Voice, email and document channels, firm-criteria qualification, drafted follow-up, approval gate and action-level audit log.
- Legal-tech product · Tech lead
Clausio
- In plain words
- Worked as tech lead with the co-founder, building the product and a Word add-in that uses firm knowledge.
- Scope and typical outputs
- Tenant isolation, new product features, Stripe billing integration and a Microsoft Word add-in connected to firm knowledge.
- US law firm · Under NDA
Agentic case-management system
- In plain words
- One system that connects a multi-office firm's signatures, calendars, phones and files.
- Scope and typical outputs
- E-signature, calendar, telephony, Microsoft Graph and SharePoint integrations behind governed agent actions.
- Healthcare platform
MyCareGorithm
- In plain words
- A healthcare platform built end to end, from the interface to the systems behind it.
- Scope and typical outputs
- Full-stack engineering for a healthcare product handling sensitive information.
06 / How we work
Four simple steps
A short call
You explain the problem. I ask how the work happens today.
Agree scope and access
We write down what gets built or tested, which systems I can use, and who approves what.
Build or test, with check-ins
You review working results at agreed points, not only at the end.
Handover
You get the working system or the findings, with documentation your team can use.
The starting outcome may be a workflow scope, an authorized assessment or a prioritized product change. Pricing, timing, access and ongoing support depend on the agreed project.
07 / Clear limits
What I do, and what I don't
- No legal advice.
- No consequential AI action without approval.
- I'm not your auditor.
- Audit support is engineering work on controls and evidence, not an audit opinion, certification or compliance guarantee.
08 / Questions
Common questions
Who do you work with?
Law firms, legal-tech founders and in-house legal teams are my main focus. I also work with AI and B2B software teams whose applications handle sensitive information.
Do you give legal advice?
No. I build and test software. Your attorneys make every legal decision, and the workflows I build route legal questions to them.
Can you work with our existing case-management system?
Often the starting point is an existing system. I first assess its available APIs, access permissions, data quality and workflow constraints, then define what can be connected or extended.
Can we hire you just for security testing?
Yes. An assessment can stand on its own with documented findings and remediation guidance. Implementation and retesting can be scoped separately or included in an agreed engagement.
Is the first security review free?
Yes. A first review of one agreed workflow is free, sized to your application and the question. You receive a brief record of what was reviewed and suggested next steps. Larger or complex workflows are scoped as a paid assessment; smaller ones can start with a short trial. It is not a comprehensive penetration test, and active testing needs agreed authorization.
Can we start with one workflow?
Yes. Most firms start with one recurring task that has a clear owner and usable inputs. We agree the scope, review points and acceptance checks, then build.
